Garlic Chicken Rice Bowl

Tender pan-seared chicken thighs in a sticky garlic-soy glaze, served over jasmine rice with a side of broccoli.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Steps:
1. Cook rice per package directions.
2. Sear chicken 5 min per side in a hot pan; remove, slice.
3. Add garlic to pan, cook 30 sec.
4. Whisk soy, honey, vinegar, sesame oil; pour into pan.
5. Return chicken, toss to coat.
6. Serve over rice with steamed broccoli.
