Drain, dry, season, roast. The drier you get them before the oven, the crispier they come out.
Ingredients:
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Steps:
1. Heat oven 400.
2. Pat chickpeas very dry.
3. Toss with oil + spices.
4. Roast 30-35 min, shaking pan halfway.
