A 20-minute weeknight stir-fry with sliced flank steak, fresh broccoli, and a quick brown sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced thin
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 cloves garlic
Steps:
1. Toss beef with cornstarch.
2. Heat oil, sear beef 2 min, remove.
3. Stir-fry broccoli 3 min.
4. Add garlic + sauces, toss 1 min.
5. Return beef, toss to coat. Serve over rice.
