Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast
- juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp oregano
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/3 cup feta
- 1/2 cup tzatziki
- 2 cups cooked rice
Steps:
1. Marinate chicken 30 min.
2. Grill 6 min per side, slice.
